Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator who will be managing all inbound and outbound logistics of trading goods imported from yards in European and Latin American markets and exported worldwide to customers on various delivery terms.
About the Job Role:
- Logistics Services & Data Entry
- Ensure that the material purchased on a daily basis are tagged, picked, and delivered to their respective customers
- Update the Purchase, Sales, and Accounts teams on a daily basis.
- Analyse data and send reports on daily and weekly basis to the Management Team.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Efficient and effective liaising with the relevant stakeholders in the Supply Chain and responding to their queries.
- Oversee issues and the development of long-term goals that enhance company growth.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Successful record engaging with local and international stakeholders.
- Must have a good level of computer literacy & have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Must have good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
