Logistics Coordinator Customer Service Agent

A construction building materials company that the main areas of interest are building facades, cable manufacturing, aluminum castings, production and distribution of HVAC equipment etc.

Job Role:

• Receives daily store transaction and direct shipment
• Updates the account status of the sales invoices
• Prepares and process Purchase Orders to supplier
• Make sure that all involved parties are informed about coming shipments
• Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers

Requirements:

• Male/Female, 45 years and below
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience preferably from construction and building materials company
• Strong administration skills – organized, thorough, systems orientated with detail excellent levels of
• Computer literacy and touch-typing skills
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
