Logistic Manager – For KSA Branch
Location: KSA
We are looking for a reliable Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management in KSA for our projects. Logistics Manager Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods and raw materials from UAE, or any other country to the projects sites in KSA.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to make sure that all the projects materials are available on time as planned.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse/ factory, transportations, Import & Export of materials.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle (permissions, Insurance, Customs, Cost, time schedule)
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements in UAE & KSA.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager (5-year Minimum)
- BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Experience with Production companies with GCC / international logistic transactions.
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software / ERP
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
