Description:

Logistic & HR Coordinator – 12 Months contract – Abu Dhabi

To coordinate services to Project personnel.
To perform administrative tasks related to HR
To coordinate services (apartment, mobile phone, car, etc…) for all the project team in accordance with the Instructions of Application and Working conditions.
To liaise with Contractor to ensure service requests are executed on time and ensure continuous follow-up and traceability for each service required.
To arrange yard accesses for the project team and visitors and car accesses.
To assist the project team for administrative issues (visa, driving permit, etc.…).
To arrange local transportation: pick-ups, transportation to yards and vendors, etc.…
To coordinate mission order arrangements for the Project personnel upon Management request

HR Coordinator

To follow up local personnel search.
To ensure administrative tasks are carried out on time and dedicated follow-up is in place (timesheet management, overtime requests, holidays, etc.…).
