Qualifications:

• Good in English
• Bachelor’s Graduate with a scientific background

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the invoice for export from the warehouse and Vendor
• Confirm the order with All Logistic and import team
• Follow the order and availability with the supply chain team
• Prepare the Price List with the Pallet Configuration
• Prepare the Production list
• Handling the Shipment and Required Documents for all Export Invoice
• Monitor the Cost of the Products and update it on the System with the Price list Frequently
• Follow up on the Shipping details, and payment and ensure receive and confirm the order with exact time
• Data entry for all Costs on the System
• Follow-up Existing account statement and Payment receivable
• Prepare the Exhibition shipments and required Exports Documents
• Prepare the Listing Documents and Files for the New Customers
• Follow up on the near Expiry items and return the items on the time
