We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our readers and subscribers.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
