Chatmeter is seeking a highly motivated and driven Listings Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with key business clients, guiding them toward effective local SEO and local listing optimization strategies to dominate local search and maintain a strong reputation online.
We actively support remote work in the United States with a focus on candidates in states we currently operate in: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington**
What you will do:
- Be the passionate face and voice of our brand, enriching client relationships with Chatmeter
- Local Listing Optimization (Optimize our clients business listings to create brand consistency, positioning, and presence across hundreds of sites)
- Interact and collaborate with other internal cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales, Support, Marketing, etc.) to achieve client goals. Act as the voice of the customer to provide visibility into client needs and escalations.
- Establish a trusting relationship with your clients, maintain open communication as you work through client projects and roadmaps.
- Help your assigned book of clients in optimizing how Chatmeter will achieve their goals.
- Interpret client requests, tailor your conversations according to their needs, and effectively communicate these needs internally
- Teach and educate your clients so they are empowered to use Chatmeter effectively.
- Prioritizing client projects and meetings properly, coordinating with your internal teams to hit expected timelines for completion
- SEO Optimization
What you will Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management or 2-3 years of related work experience
- Multitasking ability is a big plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge in social media platforms: ex. Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in GSuite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
$45,000 – $50,000 a year
The annual salary for this position ranges from $45,000 – $50,000. The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skills, prior experiences, training, company needs, and current market demands. The annual salary range for this position is subject to change and may be adjusted in the future. This position may also be eligible for salary increases, commissions, equity awards, and benefits (outlined below).
