Hiring Listing Specialist for Bayut & Property Finder
We are seeking a highly motivated Listing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in listing on Bayut and Property Finder, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage property listings on Bayut and Property Finder
- Coordinate with property owners & sales team to obtain all necessary information and documentation for the listings
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure listings are priced competitively
- Monitor and manage listings to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback related to the listings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in listing on Bayut and Property Finder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
