Hiring Listing Specialist cum Photographer
The Listing Agent/Photographer at Mountain gate Realty is responsible for coordinating all property listing activities, take ownership of increasing the overall company market share, achieve/exceed the monthly financial targets and contribute towards other KPI’s and business objectives.
This includes but not limited to telemarketing for potential business, relationship building with property owners/landlords, photography of the units, collecting required documentations, uploading the information into CRM system/web portals, keeping updated with latest market trends, and supporting the sales department.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
Property Listing management and owners/landlords relationship management:
Contacting potential clients, property owners and landlords who are interested to rent or sell their properties across UAE, with focus in Dubai.
Collecting the required documentations as per RERA regulations and verifying that all information is correct and valid.
Conducting Competitor Marketing Analysis (CMA) and identifying the right pricing based on relevant market situation and competiveness.
Preparing the Listing Form with all the required information.
Updating the owners and landlords on the status of their properties, to ensure that they are satisfied with the service.
Work towards increasing the overall market share and gain repeat business from clients.
Follow up with the owners and landlords for testimonials once the properties are successfully leased or sold.
Actively participate in networking events and building good relationship with the community to identify potential clients and suppliers, ongoing basis.
CRM/web portal management:
Adding new properties into the CRM system on daily basis, ensuring that the photo images and written descriptions are of high quality and meeting the branding guidelines.
Preparing written descriptions that are grammatically correct, with accurate details and employ creative writing, with the aim of attracting high number of leads and enquiries.
Any expired listings.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports, and ensuring ongoing performance review.
Attend any relevant training by CRM provider and be aware of any new features/versions.
Highlight any issues faced and follow up with CEO for any renewals of CRM contracts.
Photography/video:
Handle onsite photography of property units as well as videography to be used for listing and other marketing campaigns.
Ensuring all images captured are of high quality and presenting the property units in an attractive and presentable way, as per company standard.
Creating video clips that can be used for social media posts, including of properties, events, internal team achievements and other relevant real estate developments, to increase publicity and brand awareness.
Market Research:
Carrying out real estate and property market research, collating information, including timings, fees, calendars, additional services, locations, etc.
Analyze and report market research data in a standard format for the leadership team.
Benchmark industry best practices and implement in close consultation with the CEO.
Other sales duties:
To assist with other sales duties such as viewing, closing deals, attending tradeshows/events, and handover or transfer process.
Assisting the admin to track performance of the sales team for the listings that were delegated to them.
Expected Qualities and Personality Traits
Skills & Experience:
Real Estate experience is preferred (but not mandatory), with knowledge of all portals used in the industry.
Fluent in English and Arabic (for translation).
Must have experience in photography and graphic design, with knowledge of editing software.
Must have valid UAE Driving License.
Strong sense of what makes a compelling image for the digital world.
Creative writing skills, and experienced in creating content for portals, website and social media platforms, including collaterals.
Excellent communication skills, and who is able to deal diplomatically with people.
Excellent customer service skills and active in follow ups.
Willingness to learn and improve on real estate market and understanding of the RERA/DLD regulations, and other trends.
Proven commitment to keeping up to date and the latest communication technologies.
Creative and resourceful. Positive attitude and energetic person, able to work independently.
Effective to meet deadline and work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
