About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Linux System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our IT infrastructure, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers and associated applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (SUSE, Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Apply updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
- Stay current with Linux best practices and emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Linux System Administrator.
- Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Experience with physical server installation and troubleshooting (RAID preferred, Cisco experience).
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM) and backup solutions (Veeam).
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
- RHCE certification is a plus.
