Description:

We are hiring for Legal Assistant for our client based in Dubai.

Contract: 3 months extendable

Salary up to: 4500 AED per month

To perform Legal secretarial tasks and to help the Legal team

Strategic:

  • Conserves Legal Director time by reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents; collecting and analyzing information; organizing client conferences, and attorney meetings; scheduling couriers, court reporters, expert witnesses, and other special functions; coordinating preparation of charts, graphs, and other courtroom visuals; preparing expense reports.
  • Ensuring that the changes made by legal is applied in the final contract before getting it initialized and signed by the head of Department.
  • Assisting the Legal counsel for all cases fillings and coordinating with other BU request and assisting for fast and smooth execution of any documents.
  • Oversee registration and licensing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating with the external Law Firms if needed, including the up to date follow up until the task is completed. Operational:
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of all files and updates.
  • Assist in ensuring the compliance of the DOA and corporate governances.
  • Maintain the Legal library and keep it updated.
  • Maintain all the legal forms and templates.
  • Assist in the registration of Company’s Trademarks.
  • Processing and tracking Legal invoices, reimbursable expenses; tracking payments with approval from head of the department.
  • Perform as a Legal document controller.
  • Contract initial checking and performing track changes by following the standard template and to ensure anyone who requires a Legal review to provide signed Legal forms.
  • Coordinating with the business owner with regards to the contract if needed.
  • Handling incoming & outgoing documents to the corresponding party.
  • Drafting the Memos for any requirement of Management / BOD approval.

Drafting legal and corporate documentation (e.g. contracts, legal letters, and notices), as and when required.
