We Are Hiring: Leasing Manager – ASICO Real Estate LLC, Dubai
ASICO Real Estate is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations, tenant relations, and property marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate leasing and property management, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties and agents efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic leasing and marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Oversee leasing operations and ensure seamless tenant management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and property management teams
- Lead a team of leasing professionals to drive performance and achieve company objectives
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate leasing or property management in Dubai
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Proven ability to develop and execute creative marketing strategies
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
