We are hiring a Leasing Manager with minimum 5 Years of experience in the real estate industry, with deep understanding of the latest market trends in Dubai and the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish long term relationships with the landlords and tenants. Must be able to manage and supervise a team of leasing consultants to ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rate.
The ideal candidate must possess self-motivation to exceed targets with a strong desire to achieve results at work and in career development. Past experience in a managerial / Supervisor role is preferred.
