Hiring Leasing Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi -On Site
Job Description:
Primary Purpose
- Leasing Manager will take care and direct the daily activities of the leasing team in achieving the leasing goals set by the senior management.
- Act as a facilitator for all leasing related activities from inception to close including showing, negotiating, documentation, co-ordination and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process.
- He/she will be involved in connecting people to the community, keep accurate records, and train and collaborate with talented teammates.
KPIs:
- Agreed revenue targets are met within defined timeframe – 100%
- Attendance at PSI Asset’s and industry related meetings, events or seminars – 100%
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting – 100%
- All clients are transitioned smoothly to the relevant account team– 100%
- Flawless execution of pre-meeting, meeting proper, and post-meeting stages. – 100%
- Attendance and punctuality – 100%
- Fosters good teamwork. Strength of working relationship with the team – 100%
Key Expectations:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with tenants and stakeholders to establish good relationships
- Strong customer service skills including the desire to meet and exceed tenant expectations.
- Good working knowledge of building and property maintenance and management
- Have strong connections with person in charge at major real estate developers.
- Ability to control negotiations with vendors and real estate developers for store openings
- Have a broad business background including sufficient negotiation skill with a good understanding of legal documents and terminology as well as the environment and trends of UAE’s real estate industry
- Enthusiasm and creative thinking to maintain and improve brand quality
- Experience working in a client-side real estate development environment
- Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and project management
- Knowledge of local and state level laws and regulations regarding real estate development
- Ability to present to large groups of people
- Ability to work independently and react quickly in a demanding fast-paced environment
- Ability to motivate and direct people effectively through positive leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with M.B.A
- Driver’s License (Must)
- years of relevant work experience in sales, Leasing
- Fluent English, Excellent communication skills – Written & Verbal
- Experience in advertising sales to small and medium-size local businesses is desirable
