Vperfumes is seeking experienced Leasing Assistant to join our team in Dubai
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
V Group is looking for a Leasing Assistant, to support the Leasing Department in getting new premises in new areas, also renewing existing tenancy with the power of skills in negotiation, language & pleasing personality.
His main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in landlord/mall management meetings and ensuring all deadlines & payments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the leasing department in the acquiring of new premises & maintaining the existing ones.
- Bring perfect advertisement tools to be used in the job profile.
- Negotiation with the malls/landlords with regard to our demands & needs.
- Coordinate & follow-up of this project leasing process
- Reach out the mall management for any new or innovative way to get implemented.
- Bring opportunities & space for the tenants.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail expansion
- Proficient in Mall leasing procedures
- Lease Documentation, Leases, and Lease Administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate lease agreements
- Experience in sales and marketing is an added advantage
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- UAE Light Motor Vehicle License
- Arabic (added value)
- English proficiency
