Experience: More than 3 Years of talent development strategy resulting in the knowledge, skills, and competency development at a business unit/functional, team, and individual level across the Bank.
Executes learning policies and processes including a Mandatory Learning Curriculum.
Establishes and operates evaluation and follow-up processes in order to measure and document the quality and effectiveness of training content, trainers, methods employed, etc. in an objective manner and to undertake actions, wherever needed.
Implements internal certifications for key roles (including capability definition, assessment, development, and accreditation).
