Description:
We are looking to hire energetic and highly motivated Learning Assistants to join our school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to assist in planning of classroom learning and facilitate delivery of the intended outcome
- Accompanying groups on trips
- To undertake duties such as playground supervision, break time supervision, changing room supervision.
- Supervising students as they board and leave bus. Managing student behavior and report student discipline problems to the transport manager.
- Maintaining an awareness of all the health and safety measures to be taken when in school.
- Participation in all major events e.g. Coffee Mornings, Assemblies, Concerts etc.
The successful applicant will be required to have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Previous experience of working with children is an added advantage
- Flexible and a can-do attitude
