Ajmal Perfumes is looking for a Learning and Development Specialist
Location: Dubai (UAE)
This position will lead L&D activities by partnering with sales/business heads across the assigned regions including coordinating with Product/Training Managers and regularly interacting with employees and third-party training providers.
Will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, managing training programs, and developing employees’ skills and knowledge
within AJMAL.
Skills, Knowledge required:
- Degree/Master level Education, preferably in Learning Management, Human Resource
- 5-12 years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training
- Solid knowledge of learning & development methodologies and the training value chain (assessment, design, development, delivery, measurement)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Must have worked on e-learning tools, MS Office
