Job Description:
- As a Learning and Development Specialist at Property Shop Investment (PSI), you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by:
- Designing and implementing innovative learning programs that align with our business goals.
- Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging training materials.
- Delivering dynamic training sessions and workshops.-
- Measuring the effectiveness of learning initiatives and making data-driven improvements.
- Providing guidance and support to employees on their learning journeys.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Should be UAE resident
- Arabic speaker
- TOT is a must
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
