Reports To: Chief Sales Officer (CSO) / Director of Sales
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement winning sales strategies
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Build strong customer relationships and close major deals
- Drive market development and identify new opportunities
- Manage sales operations and financial performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7-10 years of sales experience, with a focus on energy products
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in international sales and global market development
