Lead Architect Vacancy

• Minimum 10 yrs. Exp with Engineering Consultancy.
• At least 7 years of experience working as Lead Architects.
• Design from A-Z for minimum one 5* Hotel.
• In charge of Estimating costs, choosing materials, creating a time framework and scheduling workers.
• Adequate knowledge to comply with government and authorities’ regulations specially with Trakhees and Nakheel.
• Monitor the project time line and ensure it remains in the agreed budget
• Strong leaders with outstanding interpersonal skills Communicating clearly so that information gets delivered accurately
• Delegation of task to the team, good management & ensuring the delivery
• Able to manage a team of Architect and Draftsman.
