Hiring Landscape Sales Manager

No: of Hiring: 2

Req: Must have minimum 2 years of UAE experience in same role. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. UK/USA/European candidates are required. Should be available in UAE.

Job Duties and Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Managers will get inquiries from the Director of Sales.
  • Sales Managers should attend to the inquiry within 24 hours after assigning.
  • If Sales Managers get inquiries on their own, they must discuss them with the Director of Sales before the visit
  • Prepare their sales pipeline and discuss it with the Director of Sales weekly.
  • Follow their monthly sales target, Follow up calls to all clients weekly for signing the agreement
  • Present the design contract based on the project scope, coordinate with the surveyor for site measurement
  • Fill out the design brief form and gave it to the design officer.
  • Within 3 days get the first design from the design officer, and in between review the design too
  • Sales Managers present the first design within three days after the meeting preferably in the presence of the Director of Sales.
  • Mark the correction in design and brief to design officer for changes.
  • Within a day design officer do the correction and gives the design model to the estimator/quantity surveyor and informs to sales manager too
  • Take the quote within 24 hours from the estimator/quantity surveyor, review the quote (particularly any missing item)
  • Discuss and present the quote to the Director of Sales before present to the client
  • In case for signing meeting if Sales Manager requires the Director of Sales, prior confirms his availability
  • After signing the agreement sales manager will remain in touch with the client to give an update about the project.
  • Give the quotation and final design to the 2D department officer for scale drawings
  • Take follow-up from the 2D officer during the approval process and inform to client from time to time
  • During this time sales manager prepares the material selection sheet and presents it to the client and finalizes it before the pre-kickoff meeting
  • After getting the final approvals Sales Manager asked from Director of Sales for the project manager’s name
  • The pre-kick-off meeting between a sales manager and project manager to explain the project, agreement, drawings, and material selection sheet
  • Will organize the Final Kick-off meeting with clients.
  • Semiweekly visit to the site and meet the client and project manager
  • Sales managers will reply to client emails promptly.
