Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various kitchen appliances, including ovens, grills, refrigerators, and coffee machines.
• Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to address equipment-related concerns.
• Install new kitchen equipment, ensuring it meets safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to order spare parts and equipment when needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Technician in a restaurant, coffee shop, or related industry.
• Knowledge of various kitchen appliances and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
