What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead contract renewals, revenue expansion, and ensure on-time payments.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Organize client networking initiatives, business expansion strategies, and industry events.
- Ensure smooth coordination of client requests and deliverables within defined SLAs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) & English – Required.
- 10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relations, or Business Development.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in revenue growth, contract renewals, and default recovery.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Agile, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset.
