We’re looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our Diabetes Business Unit, focusing on the vibrant markets of UAE.
Position: Key Account Manager / Product Specialist Diabetes BU
Experience: 2-5 years minimum
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within the diabetes management landscape. You’ll be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and insurance. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and market penetration.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare ecosystem, precisely in the Diabetes Therapeutic & Diagnostic segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Provide insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably within the diabetes therapeutic segment.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in UAE, including key players, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- UAE experience 2-5 Years.
- UAE Driving license is a MUST.
