Position Overview –
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Key Account Manager with a profound understanding of the Middle East real estate market and a proven track record in SaaS & Software Sales. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional client management skills, strategic acumen, and a deep appreciation for the nuances of the regional real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities –
- Develop and sustain deep, trusted relationships with key clients in the real estate sector, understanding their unique challenges and business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Golden Ratio & client stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identify & capitalize on opportunities for expanding services & solutions within existing client accounts.
- Lead negotiations & contract renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives & client needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of real estate industry trends, regulatory changes, & technological advancements in the Middle East.
- Provide strategic insights & advisory services to clients, helping them leverage technology to gain a competitive edge in the market.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, scope, & timeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, technical experts, and support staff, to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Facilitate regular status updates and strategic reviews with clients to ensure continuous alignment and satisfaction.
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management & sales, within the SaaS/IT domain, specifically focusing on the real estate industry.
- Extensive experience in the Middle Eastern market, with a strong network of contacts and a deep understanding of regional business practices.
- Proven success in managing high-value accounts and driving business growth through strategic client management.
Technical and Language Proficiency:
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS/IT solutions applicable to the real estate industry, including property management software, CRM systems, and ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with real estate business processes, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in the Middle East.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
