IFFCO Group Sales & Distribution division is looking to hire dynamic Key Account Executives and Managers under Modern Trade for Dry, Express and Fresh Categories.
Job Summary:
Management of the sales and distribution activities of Dry / Express / Fresh category in Dubai for Modern Trade. This includes all related business activities relating to; manpower structure, products, customers.
Basic Responsibilities:
- To achieve sales targets for the area specified
- Leadership of the sales team
- Responsible to the profitability of the assigned area
- Accountable to the collection and receivables
- To achieve distribution targets by channel and category
- Accountable to the allocated marketing budget
- Setting monthly targets to sales team in area
- Customer serviceability
- Responsible for Dry / Express /Fresh category of Modern Trade for assigned region.
KPI’s:
- Volume and Value target achievement & collection targets within timeline.
- Service targets being exceeded.
- Correct product distribution in outlets under supervision.
- Achieving operational benchmark standards.
- Development of personnel
- TMI management
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
- MBA Preferable
Work Experience:
- For Key Account Managers, min 5 to 7 years’ experience in Modern Trade dealing with food products sales
- For Key Account Executives, min 3 to 5 years’ experience in Modern Trade dealing with food products sales
