• Key Responsibilities
• Offer weekly motivation and support to students, fostering accountability.
• Customize learning experiences and resources to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain regular communication with parents via email to provide guidance and support.
• Facilitate synchronous group sessions for both large and small student cohorts.
• Develop engaging and interactive lessons that captivate students’ interest.
• Mentor students in specific courses, offering essential support and guidance.
• Tutor students to help them navigate academic challenges.
• Identify at-risk students and collaborate with the team to create intervention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators, providing expertise and support as needed.

Required Skills

• Current teaching certification.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong commitment to individualized learning and the unique potential of each student.
• Approachability and organizational skills, coupled with a patient, solution-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency with Google products (email, calendars, documents, sheets, forms, etc.).
• Confidence in utilizing online tools and systems effectively.
• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Access to reliable technology: smartphone, high-speed internet, computer, and webcam.
• Availability to commit 15-20 hours weekly, including responsibilities during core business hours (10am – 3pm MT).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. with the flexibility to reside and work remotely from approved locations.
• Experience in non-traditional education programs is preferred.
