We are hiring a Junior Receptionist

For a pioneer brand thanks to the composition of natural and non-toxic makeup-care products

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all visitors to the company in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare and serve coffee and tea to visitors and staff
• Ensure that coffee and tea stations are kept clean and well-stocked at all times
• Assist with general receptionist duties such as answering phones, taking messages, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or department
• Provide administrative support as required
• Other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred but not required.
