Description:

Hiring Junior Procurement & Contracts executive

Specialty: Purchase/SCM/Supply Chain/Inventory

Experience in Oil and Gas field would be more preferred

JD for the role as below

• Executes all procurement tasks including but not limited to understanding end user needs, contacting suppliers, getting quotations, negotiating purchases and drafts contracts and evaluating indirect suppliers
• Develops vendor databases for relevant categories and Business units
• Creates and issues RFQs and RFP, manages tenders and handles internal coordination using SAP Ariba
• Creates Purchase Orders and Contracts using SAP Ariba
• End to end procurement contract management including renewals
• Manages administrative tasks for all related processes
