Description

Urgently looking for Junior Marketing Assistant in Dubai. Having 2+ years of experience. (Immediate Joining). 

Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.

Must have basics of SEO, Advertising, Google Analytics, Email Marketing and blogging.

Provide support in graphic designing and copyrighting.

Design banners and social media graphics using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and other online tools.

Compose and post online content for all marketing collateral, including articles, brochures, letters, emails, company’s website and social media accounts.

Overall handling and monitoring of marketing expenses including PR (Purchase requisition) creation and other related activities relating to finance matters.

Perform monthly inventory of marketing materials and its safe keeping.

Update and maintain the marketing department’s documentation and databases.

Handling and managing offline meet ups.

Build and update events calendar across MENA region.
