Description:

We need Junior Manager for Warehouse – Location AL Ain – FMCG -IFFCO Group

• Supervise all warehouse employees.
• Conduct inventory check and maintain inventory at proper level
• Ensure accuracy of stock and find root cause of the variance/reconcile.
• Recommend items no longer useful to be declared non-moving/slow moving/Control damages
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
• Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
• Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
• Should have exposure of WMS / ERP
• Having a clear understanding of the company’s policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these;
• The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality.
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
