Hiring Junior Interior Designer

Job type : Full time,On-site

We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer (based in Dubai) with 1+ years of experience in the same field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking events
• Understanding Customer Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the requirements, preferences, and budget constraints of potential clients.
• Solution Presentation: Collaborate with the design team to develop customized interior solutions that align with client specifications and company capabilities.
• Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the value proposition of our interior solutions.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential business growth areas.
• Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by participating in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization processes.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for management review.
• Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding our products and services to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and convey design concepts.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
