Description:

We are looking for the Junior FM Manager to join our Khidmah team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Associated certification in Facility management

Requirements:

• 7 years of UAE experience in FM Industry – Residential project
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Driving license is a must
• Applicants must be based in UAE
• Priority for applicants who can join immediately
• Managing budgets and project resources.
• Approve purchases of supplies and equipment for use within the facility.
• Manage the daily activities of team. Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources.
• To respond in a prompt and efficient manner to the client for all necessary emails and queries.
• Conduct the site inspections time to time to ensure the Clint satisfaction and company standards across the facility.
• Contribute to effective health and safety improvement.
• To be responsible for the line management of all premises and ground maintenance staff, to include participating in their recruitment and selection, identifying their training needs.
• Comply with all requirements of the Ministry of Health and Safety Regulations, Municipality, Civil Defense, and other Governmental bodies. To ensuring that health and safety responsibilities are carried out.
• Manage the site operations such as cleaning, MEP services contract maintenance and waste management, and ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Manage the team and ensure that works are carried out within agreed timelines and according to organizational priorities, smooth daily operational running of the Convent.
