About the Role:
White Label Media is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Events Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and can juggle logistics, creativity, and client servicing with equal flair, this role is for you.
You’ll be an integral part of executing high-impact events, influencer activations, and luxury brand experiences — turning strategy into execution and ideas into unforgettable moments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of events — from concept and planning to on-ground execution and post-event reporting
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and timelines with precision
- Oversee influencer engagement and curated guest list management
- Prepare professional proposals, event decks, and post-event reports
- Be present on-site during events to manage logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality delivery
- Coordinate deliveries related to event invitations and goodie bags
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in events, PR, influencer marketing, or brand activations (agency experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic design tools
- Ability to work flexible hours around event timelines
- Based in Dubai and familiar with the city’s event and media landscape
