Junior Estimator responsibilities revolve around prepare initial cost estimates for the required supplies and services, create pricing schedules, develop bid proposals, and assess the technical aspects of the project. You may also help with risk analysis assessments related to the costs of the project.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-office and PlanSwift.
- Quantity take off and BOQ preparation.
- Bachelor/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Preparation and tracking of variations.
- Basic knowledge about pools and landscape works.
