Description:

We are looking for Junior E-Commerce Project Manager or IT Project Manager;

Fresh graduate or with a maximum of 2-3 years of experience.

Job Description:

Leads the technical team to meet the expectation of stakeholders and continuously meeting Merit’s technological strategy and vision while being able to, at any point, provide technical support and guidance to ongoing projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Owns the product management process, monitor and improves it to meet business demands and competition.
• Owns the solution development process and its continuous improvement.
• Regularly collect process improvement.
• Evaluate tools being used and promote best practices.
• Escalation point for product related enquiries .Escalation point in case of technical issues
• Overall quality assurance for all department output
• Direct point of contact for Client projects
• Develop and maintain project plans and reports
• Manage the development process
• Lead day to day development activities
• Utilize of overall development capacity
• Decreased number of bugs in the platform
• Planned and requested tasks are fulfilled by the team.
