Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounting entries and ledger maintenance
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, records, and statements
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial data
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (preferably in retail)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
