Description:

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Accountant to provide support to the financial department by handling daily accounting tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
• Issuance and follow up of invoices on daily basis
• Handling of stock and sort out discrepancy if found
• Prompt management of filling
• Assist in VAT finalization
• Better coordination with customers and suppliers and all other tasks assigned by the management.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office and Tally
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
