Hiring Junior Accountant (Invoicing & Data Entry)

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have home country accounting experience and may be new to the UAE.
• Primary responsibilities will be invoicing, posting receipt payments, purchase entries, sales entries, and other basic accounting tasks.

The most important quality we seek is flexibility — someone willing to learn, adapt, and assist across different tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage sales invoices.
• Post receipts and payments accurately.
• Record purchase and sales entries in the accounting system.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Support the senior accountant and management as required.
• Assist with basic reconciliations and reporting.

Requirements:

• Accounting background with home country experience (freshers to UAE welcome).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Highly flexible, eager to learn, and able to adapt to different tasks.
