Description:
A Growing Joinery factory in Dubai is hiring a Junior Accountant with the following job description:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Track and monitor accounts receivable & payable
Issue and prepare invoices based on contract terms for payment
Perform reconciliations
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
Assist other departments such as HR and Marketing in reviewing the expenses
Update financial data in a timely manner
Ensure that information is accurate
React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate
Prepare annual accounting reports
Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with ERP systems & Microsoft Office
Able to prioritize effectively
