Description:

Urgently looking for Junior Accountant (Female) available in UAE only.

Responsibility:

• Creating invoices
• Post and process data entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Handle petty cash and other day-to-day transactions
• Keep track of all intercompany transactions to be billed and processed.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist senior accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Prepare and review tax returns, including VAT and corporate income tax.
• Analyze insurance policies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Responsible for daily accounting operations, settlement and bank reconciliation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or finance or related filed.
• Minimum 1 year experience in accountant in UAE
• Attention to details, strong analytical mind and problem solving skills, with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Well-organized, mature and hard-working and able to work independently under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Good command in written and spoken English
