Jr. HR Generalist – Learning & Development & Talent Acquisition
Location: Dubai, UAE
Graystone Capital is on the lookout for a proactive Jr. HR Generalist to bolster our HR team with a focus on L&D and talent acquisition. In this dynamic role, you’ll help design and implement training programs, coordinate onboarding, and source top-tier professionals to fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs & implement effective L&D programs
- Coordinate onboarding and manage employee engagement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent
- Support day-to-day HR administration and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR experience, ideally with L&D and recruitment exposure
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with UAE labor regulations
