Mode of hiring/Duration: – 6 to 12 Months extendable contract

Job Description: –

• Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years of IT Experience, including 3+ years demonstrated experience in Jira / Confluence Admin roles. Expert level is a must.
• Support Programmed, Project Managers and Scrum Masters with configuration of users, flows, boards, schedules and roadmaps.
• Expert Hands-on JIRA and Confluence Dashboard creation and maintenance, fetching data from multiple projects.
• Expert Hands-on experience in building the backend scripts for administrative automations.
• Expert Hands-on with JIRA and confluence – Permission / Workflow / Field / Screens/ schemas/ Boards / Filters / JQL queries/ Groovy scripting.
• Should be able to support for User management and Projects standardizations. 
• Hands on expert level knowledge of managing integrations and owning troubleshooting for tools such as AzureDevOps, Jenkins, Github, GItbucket, Zypher, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Service Desk, AWS, Slack, Teams, PowerBI Sandbox, different CICD and development tools, project, and product management tools, etc.
• Hands on experience integrating Atlassian Market Place plugins and able to write automation scripts to optimize repetitive tasks
• Hands on experience managing Atlassian Organization level responsibilities
