Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Create new menu items while maintaining authenticity.
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage food preparation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in Italian culinary techniques.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards.
- Manage inventory and control food costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Italian Cuisine Chef.
- In-depth knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
- Creativity in designing Italian dishes and menus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary Budget:
We are offering a competitive salary in the range of AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month all inclusive, commensurate with experience and skills.
