Description:

We are hiring an IT Support Officer

For those who can immediately join (Visit or Canceled Visa) any nationality with UAE experience.

IT Support – Skills & Qualification:

• Installation and setup of structured network
• Installation and configuration of server and desktop
• Antivirus, Internal Security, and endpoint security installation
• IT server and network technical support for installation and Configuration of IP and CCTV solution
• Installation and configurational Attendance and access control system
• Installation and Configuration of IP and analog telephone system
• Installation and configuration of Active Directory DC, DHCP, Exchange Server
• Created ADC Group policies and deploy them to users/groups
• Resolve hardware issues in desktop computers
• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
• Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Fixing network faults
• Installation and configuration of multifunctional printers
• Hardware and service of RICOH multifunctional printers
• Troubleshooting printer issues
• Day-to-day monitoring of network use
• Installing new software
• Technical support onsite/remote
