IT Support Engineer, Location – Dubai.

• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer/Help desk technician or other users supports role,
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge and minimum 3 years of experience in Windows 10 administration & troubleshooting, basic Active Directory Management, Print management, MDT, hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
