Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications🔹 Assist with network and server support
Management of Office365, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Exchange
Assist with network and server support
Manage user accounts and permissions
Perform regular system maintenance tasks
Document and track issues using a ticketing system
Collaborate with IT team members on projects
Provide user training on IT systems and software

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with network and server administration
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
