Description:

Urgently looking for an IT Support (Lady Applicant Only) with minimum of 3 years of IT experience.

Should be available to join immediately.

Candidate should be available in Dubai now.

Required Skills & Job Role:

• Strong knowledge in windows server and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge with Sonicwall Firewall. VPN and security profiles.
• Able to manage Panasonic PABX configuration.
• Focus ERP support, and online Billing system.
• Knowledge in managing CPanel, creation and configuration of email accounts in MS Outlook.
• Working knowledge in Routers, Access Points, CCTV, Photocopiers and Invoice printers.
• Should be able to troubleshoot network issues.
• Manage IT purchase and AMC contracts and license renewals.
• Deal with DU / Etisalat for existing internet, fax, telephone and mobile connections.
• Manage company website and E-Commerce, Social media platforms.
• Update company product catalogue in timely manner.
