Oumolat is Hiring – UAE National IT Support Analyst
IT Support Analyst is responsible for the optimal running of computer systems, networks and for providing end user IT support.
Installing and configuring IT hardware and software systems, networks, peripheral and mobile devices and setting up accounts for new users
Provide timely response to service desk issues and requests, monitoring and maintaining daily performance of computer systems and networks
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and resolve problems, planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades, ensure information back up is in compliance with IT policy
Managing required stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies, awareness and training for end users / new starters
Perform retrospective analysis of application issues and use results of metrics to recommend process improvement
